The Portfolio Account Management Officer is responsible for managing and servicing portfolio- tagged accounts in Business Banking. The officer shall serve as primary contact and lead coordinator servicing and administering assigned portfolio-managed accounts.
Responsibilities
- Handles immediate resolution of simple and complex queries coursed through BB Client Services or directly to PAM’s email.
- Gathers and analyzes information of clients depending on the inquiries and requests received to ensure proper handling of each request.
- Routes offering memo relative to client’s post-booking concerns subject for management’s approval.
- Coordinates with partner units such as BB Client Services, Maintenance, Fulfillment, and Sales to ensure inquiries and requests of internal and external clients are properly handled within agreed TAT.
