The Port Facility Security Officer is responsible for implementing the Destination Security Plan and policies as per Company's standard. This position develops and implements procedures to ensure security obligations and policies are fulfilled to support the Global Security Department's continuous improvement efforts. This role leads by example and requires exemplary organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent team member engagement, commitment to safety and security, control of expenses, and training. The Port Facility Security Officer oversees the Security team and provides the security and surveillance of guests, visitors, team members, equipment, and systems to ensure safety on the destination.
