PM Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor monitors and supervises all related areas of the production department as assigned by the Operations Manager.

The Production Supervisor enforces all company policies and procedures, maintains an efficient and productive line of cooperation and communication with other departments and support groups, prepares all paperwork required in a neat, legible, and timely manner, reports all employee absences, tardiness, accidents, company rules infractions, or job performance problems to the Operations Manager or office personnel as assigned, reports mechanical problems immediately to the maintenance department, trains an assistant to assume all related duties for days off, illness, vacation, or out of plant work days, meets and maintains company objectives and efficiency standards for overtime, yield, safety, quality, sanitation, waste, and customer specification, maintains a high level of morale in the production room by t...
