Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy professional to join our Service Department. This position is responsible for assisting in dispatch, analyzing service tickets, and preparing jobs for billing. 
This is a critical, front-line role that requires strong organizational skills, multitasking, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch field technicians across Texas based on job urgency, location, and skillset


• Monitor job progress, scheduling, and technician availability


• Maintain daily communication with customers and internal teams
