The Role: We are looking for an Experienced Plumbing Technician with extensive field experience and a passion for training to join our team. This hybrid role involves working on real plumbing projects with CETECH Ghana while also teaching and mentoring students at IPES Ghana.

You will be responsible for delivering short-term and long-term plumbing programs ranging from apprentice-level to advanced specializations such as gas systems, sewerage, and commercial installations.

This role is ideal for a dynamic, well-rounded plumbing professional who thrives in both hands-on fieldwork and technical instruction.
