The SENA Intern will lead the construction and launch of the HR Intelligence Hub: a digital ecosystem that centralizes and standardizes RSI Colombia’s Job Descriptions and HR Vendors directory. This role goes beyond administrative support — the person in this role will build two living tools the People team will rely on daily, incorporating governance logic, inclusive language standards, and maintenance protocols that ensure long‑term accuracy.
