Post Title: Play Leader / Mealtime Supervisor

Contract: Fixed term until 31/12/2026, with possibility of extension

Salary: £28,617 per annum pro‑rate (full‑time salary adjusted for part‑time and term‑time only)

Hours: 8 hours per week (11:45 am – 13:15 pm, Monday to Friday), Term time only

Location: The Ridgeway, Mill Hill, London NW7 1QU

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children in the dining area
• Supervise and support children in the playground during meal breaks
• Lead active play and support independent play
• Organise and lead exciting playground games and activities
• Help make playtimes safe, positive, and inclusive for all children
• Encourage teamwork, kindness, and fair play
• Support pupils in developing friendships and problem‑solving skills
