What You Will Do


  • Co-own the RegTech platform across Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, Linux systems, databases, observability and release processes.

  • Design and improve scalable, secure and repeatable infrastructure for production and non-production environments.

  • Strengthen deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, runbooks and incident response capabilities.

  • Drive platform improvements around resilience, performance, security, vulnerability management and compliance readiness.

  • Collaborate with software engineering, support and product teams to turn operational risks into structural improvements.

  • Promote documentation, automation and knowledge sharing to reduce key-person dependency.
