Job Purpose To oversee and supervise provision for soft services under teslam scope within plant areas across Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) Site assigned owner permanent facilities. Operational Planning
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Coordinate and monitor plant soft services delivered under vendor FM agreements.
- Review contractor’s performance and KPIs of services plant delivered.
- Ensure work done in line with agreed standards and SLAs.
- Oversee relationship with plant facilities design and fit out work.
- Coordinate external vendors and contractors in relation to plant office expansion and relocation process.
- Liaise with procurement department to prepare additional / new scope of services and review existing services for improvement, maximize benefit and decrease the cost.
