We are looking for an experienced Plant Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts with a strong emphasis on corporate and engineering talent acquisition. The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to sourcing, manages candidate pipelines effectively, and partners closely with hiring leaders to deliver a strong hiring experience.


Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake meetings through offer stage for a range of roles within their plant in Minneapolis.

• Build proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract candidates with relevant experience through multiple talent channels.
