**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead daily operations of the hot mix asphalt plant to meet safety, quality, and production goals
+ Optimize plant performance through effective scheduling, process control, and equipment utilization
+ Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing policies, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement
+ Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets
+ Develop, coach, and engage team members to build a high-performing workforce
