Casegoods Plant Manager

Overall Function

As Plant Manager, you will own end‑to‑end operations for a busy casegoods furniture plant, leading a team of approximately 90 people across production, support and leadership roles. You’ll be accountable for plant KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, On‑Time Delivery) and will champion LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
