THE COMPANY
Our client is a world class leader who manufactures electronic solutions for OEM’s in many industries including military-aerospace, industrial, automotive, information technology, telecommunications, medical, and audio/video and currently seeks a Plant Manager. Reporting to the Regional Director of North America Operations, the Plant Manager’s role is to provide leadership and management of a multi-function team in the areas of safety, quality, schedule and cost performance over the complete operations. The Plant Manager is accountable for meeting and improving the business P&L. Driving a culture of continuous improvement in all facets of the operation is necessary for success.
