Eaton’s Aerospace Business is hiring a Plant Manager for one of their largest facilities in North America. This position will be based in Jackson, MI.

**Position Overview:**

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Plant Manager will have responsibility for all plant management, including Production, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Programs Management, HR, Finance and EHS. This person will set overall policies and procedures to ensure safe, effective manufacturing/trading operations consistent with the Eaton Business System (EBS). They will also lead the plant leadership team to develop plant strategy and tactics to achieve annual profit plan and long-term strategic plan.
