JOB SUMMARYThe Plant(s) Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of asphalt plant operations, including safety, production, maintenance, quality control, and financial performance. This role involves overseeing multiple teams to ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently while maintaining strict compliance with environmental and governmental regulations. As a primary steward of the facility, the Plant Manager is responsible for the full Profit and Loss (P&L) of their assigned site(s), fostering a Guardian Angel safety culture, and building strong relationships with customers, employees, and the local community.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
