Position Title: General Manager

Reports To: Regional Director of Operations

Location: Wilton, IA

Overview of Position: The General Manager is responsible for managing assets and personnel onsite to meet the customer’s needs in a safe and efficient manner. Operating in a customer’s mill, the work environment is challenging and high-risk. The successful candidate coordinates daily activities, manages the risks, and maximizes profits. The General Manager reports to the Regional Director.
