Permanent Plant Fitter (Nights) | £81k+ per annum!

Alpha Labour & Recruitment are looking for an experienced Plant Fitter to join a leading manufacturer in the asphalt and highway maintenance sector.

This is a permanent, factory-based role with incredible earning potential!

* £32.50 per hour (~£81,000 p/a before overtime)

* 4 Night Shifts per week (12-hour shifts)

* Factory Based Role

* Permanent Position

The Role:

* Maintenance, servicing, and repair of factory machinery & production equipment.

* Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.

* Planned preventative maintenance & breakdown repairs.

Requirements:

* Experience as a Plant Fitter, Maintenance Fitter, or Heavy Equipment Engineer.

* Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.

* Background in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
