Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate maintenance and improvement activities to maximize asset reliability and plant performance.

Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance strategies, plans, budgets, and key performance indicators.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.

Manage engineering projects from feasibility through implementation, commissioning, and close-out, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
