Planning Manager – Fashion Retail

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Planning Manager to lead our merchandise planning function within a fast-paced fashion retail environment. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader who can translate insights into action, optimise stock investment, and drive overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the merchandise planning strategy aligned to business objectives
• Drive sales, margin, stock turn, and profitability across all categories
