Our client is offering a competitive hourly rate and a long term contract to cover a mat leave. They would ideally like someone who could attend the office on occasion but they would look at 100% remote working. The successful Planning Lawyer will take on a varied planning law caseload, including, but not limited to: Section 106 agreements Highways agreements, including s and s Public rights of way Planning enforcements Planning Committees The Planning Lawyer role is to begin in May.
