            1. Project Planning and Scheduling  Assist the OD with consolidated schedules and other project reporting metrics as applicable, including cost spent, earned value etc. 
Collaborate with architects, design managers, and project managers to develop project plans and schedules for architectural projects. 
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze project requirements to determine realistic timelines and resource allocation. 
Create detailed project schedules, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, using project management software. 
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and identifying potential delays or bottlenecks. 
Identify and mitigate risks and develop contingency plans to ensure timely project completion.
