Repsonsibilities
- Planning and execution of EPCI projects; from concept to delivery
- Develop project WBS based on project execution philosophy
- Establish and maintain project networks schedules, using Safran planning tool
- Ensure effective communication across the project phases
- Change Management and close monitoring of project critical path
- Maintain and follow up manpower projection plan
- Monitoring and reporting project progress
**Qualifications**:
- Master or Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ planning experience from the oil & gas industry on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (brownfield/greenfield)
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in using Safran planning tool
- Knowledge of PEM and IFS ERP system
- Proficient in **Norwegian and English**, both orally and written
- Proactive team player with analytic skills
- Strong communication skills
