A highly regarded plaintiff-side trial firm is seeking an Entry-Level Litigation Attorney who is eager to develop strong litigation and trial skills while working on high-value, complex cases.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist with all phases of litigation from case intake through trial

+ Draft pleadings, discovery, and law and motion

+ Conduct legal research and writing

+ Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances

+ Assist with trial preparation and courtroom support

+ Communicate with clients, experts, and medical providers

+ Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
