We are hiring a passionate and skilled Pizza Senior CDP to lead our pizza station. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in dough preparation, baking techniques, and is confident in managing high‑volume service while maintaining top‑quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the pizza section from dough prep to final plating.
- Prepare hand‑stretched stone‑baked pizzas with precision and consistency.
- Ensure toppings are fresh, portioned accurately, and presented well.
- Maintain and monitor proper proofing, stretching, and baking techniques.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff within the pizza section.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and HACCP compliance at all times.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for service coordination.
- Participate in new pizza concept testing and seasonal menu updates.
