The Position:


  • Pump and motor inspection, maintenance and replacement

  • Pipeline and associated equipment operation, service and maintenance

  • Pipeline diagnostics of operational issues

  • Scheduled preventative maintenance

  • General weed and grass control as required

  • Ability to determine resource and material requirements

  • Ensuring a total commitment to work place health, safety and environmental protocols and adherence to Zero Harm principles

  • Participate in the call out roster and attend emergency call outs as required

  • Determine resource and material requirements

  • Carry out minor welding and steel fabrication works

  • Supervise apprentices where applicable

  • Oversee external contractors.

  • Fitter or Boilermaker Qualifications or evidence of extensive Pipeline experience and pump maintenance
