**Job Description**
The role involves constructing a rooftop enclosure known as a 'penthouse' to house major mechanical equipment such as HVAC systems, boilers, and chillers. The position requires the installation of robust pipe systems to support building services, specifically using carbon steel piping.

**Responsibilities**

+ Measure, fabricate, and install piping systems, including valves, gauges, and insulation for refrigeration or heating systems.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience with carbon steel piping.
+ Proficiency in pipefitting.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in pipefitting.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with plumbing and PVC.
+ Additional pipefitting or plumbing experience is a plus.
