Role Purpose

This role focuses on efficiently handling a variety of P&I claims, including complex cases, while maintaining control over strategies and providing regular updates. Also, you are to assist FDD cases as FDD liaison in Japan office to provide translation of Members’ query in Japanese to FDD team, and clarifications of FDD advice to Members. You’ll build strong relationships with Members and brokers and collaborate with various teams to identify risks and improve processes. Your efforts will ensure Members feel supported and informed throughout the claims process, contributing to a high-performing, inclusive team environment.
