SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Person who assesses physical disabilities or incapacities that are linked to the neurological, musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems. She/he establishes and carries out a treatment plan aimed at achieving optimal functional performance.
SPECIFIC FUNCTION:
Assesses physical disabilities related to the neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiorespiratory systems, and develops treatment plans to optimize functional performance in an outpatient setting.
- Strong and varied clinical skills, primarily and mostly with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological clients.
- Flexible and able to support other client populations as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• Hold a Master degree in Physiotherapy;
• Must be a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec.
