            Key Responsibilities  Clinical Services  Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and perform TCM diagnosis using established TCM principles and methodologies. 
Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' medical conditions and healthcare needs. 
Prescribe Chinese herbal medicine and provide appropriate medication counselling and usage instructions. 
Perform TCM treatments including acupuncture, cupping, tuina, moxibustion, and other approved therapeutic procedures. 
Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal patient care. 
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and clinic requirements. 
 Patient Management  Provide professional healthcare advice, wellness education, and preventive care recommendations to patients.
