**About this role**

As a Sleep Medicine Physician, you will join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and an outstanding patient experience. You'll work alongside an experienced physician and APP in a well-established outpatient sleep medicine practice.

+ Practice at our Wheat Ridge Sleep Clinic in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
+ Outpatient-only setting.
+ Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
+ EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.
