The **Primary Care Service Line Director** serves as the physician lead of Rush's primary care service line, allocating 50% effort to administrative leadership and 50% to clinical practice. In this role, the Director will partner with the administrative Executive Director to set strategic direction, drive operational performance, and advance clinical excellence across the network.
