Job Details & Requirements
Work Dates Needed: Est Date 04-27-2026. Ongoing. (Local candidate preferred, but not required). Preferred Schedule: 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month (Monday- Friday). Scheduled hours will be 8am-5pm. Guaranteed 8 hrs. OT will apply after 9 hours/day. Worksite Setting: Outpatients. Scope of Work: Patients Per Shift: 25, The patient count per day is an average of 25 patients but it could fluctuate. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active licenses CA, BLS, DEA, Board Certified or Eligible w/n 5 yrs of residency, CPPA, Drivers license, Social security card, MD Masters and Bachelors degree certificates, Medical board of CA (wall certificate or pocket card), DEA, current malpractice document.
