A leading not-for-profit health system in Delaware is seeking board-certified or board-eligible otolaryngologists to join a growing hospital-employed ENT service line. This opportunity was created to meet sustained community demand while supporting clinical autonomy, balance, and long-term professional satisfaction.

Physicians will practice at one of two modern hospital campuses in central or southern Delaware, joining established ENT colleagues with strong patient volumes. The role supports a well-rounded otolaryngology practice with the flexibility to dedicate up to 50% of clinical time to subspecialty interests, including rhinology or head and neck.
