Preferred Experience:
Proficiency in cataract surgery (phacoemulsification) and common anterior segment procedures.
Ability to manage a full-spectrum ophthalmology caseload independently.
Experience in or willingness to work in a rural or medically underserved setting.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-based approach.
