Details/Requirements:
Starting as soon as credentialing is complete.
Three days/week outpatient clinic, 8am-4:30pm.
Provider can choose which 3 days is best for them!
Oncology and a significant number of Hematology patients.
Approximately 13-18 patients per day including new consults.
Double Boarded Oncology and Hematology.
EPIC.
Open to licensing for Ohio.
Creds 30-45 days or less!
