Wknd Call: $1,500/24hr (includes 2hr gratis) 
CB: $300hr 
 
Qualifications:  MD/DO Oncology-Hematology / IMBoard Certified 
IA License 
BLS 
Covid vaccination 
 
Facility:  A General Medical and Surgical HospitalCancer Center 
 
Schedule: Dates: ASAP - Ongoing 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 3-4 weeks per month 
8-5 
7:00am tumor board once per week 
Call:
