We are seeking a highly qualified Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join our esteemed neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) team in Alexandria, Louisiana. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical care for critically ill neonates in a 34-bed Level III NICU managing a diverse range of acuity and complex cases.
• Conduct daily neonatal rounds, develop and oversee individualized care plans, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising two Neonatologists and four Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs), fostering a supportive and collegial work environment.
