NEW Medical Directorship! Hospice Care facility seeking a physician to become Medical Director at a thriving hospice facility located in Bowling Green, KY (halfway between Nashville, TN and Louisville, KY). The position is full time with full fringe benefits. Salary range is $200,000-$215,000. Hospice and Palliative Care Certification is required, but you can also obtain it within the first year of employment. This position requires the Medical Director to be the face of hospice within the community including but not limited to: rare hospital visits, M-F telephonic call (no weekends), rare home care visits, no rounding, liaison within the community, working closely with the CEO in the community speaking, educating and advocating, position is nurse care driven so must work well with RNs.
