The incoming physician will be a residency faculty member with a reimagined schedule to optimize work-life balance and educational impact.

Innovative Schedule Structure:

• Primary Schedule Option: 1-week inpatient /1 week off/2 weeks outpatient
  • Inpatient Week: 12-hour shifts
  • Outpatient Weeks: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Integrated time for academic responsibilities during outpatient hours
  • No admissions after 5:00 PM (except during call shifts)
