            Job Description  Seeking a Board-Certified IM or FM or Geriatric Medicine Physician
 Make an impact on seeing the underserved population
 Spanish required
 Full-time permanent Outpatient Only position
 Monday  FridayNo nights, no weekends
 Small patient panels for consistency and focus (2-15 patients per day)
Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
Salary and Benefits
 Above-market compensation
 Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
