Experienced clinical and administrative support staff
4.5?day clinical schedule each week
0.5?day of protected administrative time
No hospital responsibilities
Light call schedule (about 1:5), with first call covered by APPs and physicians rarely paged
Immediate volume of primarily commercial and Medicare patients
