Outstanding opportunity for a BE/BC OB-GYN to provide hospitalist services for a comprehensive, integrated health care system in southwestern Connecticut.
Position Highlights:
- Providing call coverage and L&D support
- Caring for inpatient OB and GYN patients
- Providing OB and GYN consultations on the floor and Emergency Department
- Overseeing residents, fellows, midwives or advanced practice nurses
- Member and leader of the OB Rapid Response Team
- Member of patient safety and quality review committees
- Implementing quality programs and evidence-based medicine
- Extensive support from OB/GYN subspecialties, including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Minimally Invasive Gynecology
- 12 hour and 24 hour shifts available
