Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible in Gastroenterology - REQUIRED (no exceptions)
Valid MI license - REQUIRED - at time of employment.

BLS Certification and maintain recertification - REQUIRED
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation
