Family Medicine Physician needed in San Jose, California. The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to provide exceptional, coordinated patient care.

• Permanent, full-time position

• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

• 100% outpatient caseload

• Rapidly expanding practice

• No call

• EMR: Epic
