• Services would include providing care to a wide variety of patients who are known to be very loyal to their primary care physicians.
• Our goal is to look for a provider that is motivated to serve with our long-term providers
• Implement and select your role/scope of practice

• Option to admit patients at local hospital (if preferred)
• Start with 5-day week schedule with potential admin day after 6 months
