**PRACTICE SPECIFICS**

+ We are looking for a patient-centered Endocrinologist to join our team (2 Adult Endocrinologists: one in Duluth, MN, and one in Ashland, WI, 1 Pediatric Endocrinologist, 8 NP/PAs in Duluth, MN, and 1 NP in Ashland, WI, and 18 additional staff).

+ Inpatient coverage at Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center, a 344-bed tertiary care hospital, Level I Adult Trauma Center -or- Essentia Health-Duluth, a 165-bed hospital – both located on the same connected campus.
+ Call is in effect for providers during office business hours only and triaged through our RN team first. An NP/PA team covers all hospital glucose management.
