Summary: We are need of 24 hr ED provider coverage to start Nov 20th at 6am. This will be ongoing coverage and can have no gaps. Current schedule is two providers per 24 hrs working 12 hr shifts. Coverage is supplemented with employed APPs that work 10am to 10 pm .

Rate Caps for Submission:
Malpractice - Must be included in rates.
Orientation - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
(Hourly) - ***-*** - Per 12hr shift
Holiday - Must be 1.5x the regular rates Per holiday hour, no OT
