The Physical Training Instructor is responsible for delivering structured physical training sessions that develop recruits’ fitness, resilience and overall readiness in line with programme standards. Working under the direction of the Chief Instructor – PT, the role ensures safe, effective and consistent training delivery, while monitoring performance, supporting progression and reinforcing discipline and motivation across all phases of the programme.

• Deliver Physical Training: Conduct planned PT sessions safely and effectively, ensuring activities align with training objectives and approved programmes.
