Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Minimum 1 year of current experience in hospital acute care, inpatient rehabilitation (IP Rehab), or skilled nursing facility (SNF).
• Ability to work varied day shift hours as needed by the unit.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
• DPT preferred.
