Come work in a supportive environment, with 1-hour initial assessments and 45-minute 1-on-1 follow-ups. The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for Sports Medicine and Pelvic Health patients, depending on the service area. The therapist meets productivity standards and satisfactorily completes and maintains all required documentation. The Physical Therapist assumes a dynamic leadership role on the interdisciplinary patient care teams. This individual identifies patient care needs, develops a plan of care and goals in collaboration with the patient, provides a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of practice, provides education and support to patients/families, and facilitates continuing care planning.
